You will ensure that statutory and internal HSE requirements are fully implemented, coordinate the HSE activities of all project stakeholders, and act as the on-site HSE ambassador.\nYour responsibilities\nRisk management: Identifying and managing high-risk hazards throughout all project phases, liaising closely with design teams and contractors.\nChange management: Assessing the HSE implications of changes during the construction process.\nCommunication & training: Actively participating in meetings, workshops, daily briefings and management reviews.\nAudit & Compliance: Conducting independent HSE audits; assessing compliance with KPIs, HRA audits, training programmes, RAMS, lifting plans, etc.\nIndependent review and management of HSE management processes; cross-evaluation; continuous improvement\nResource assessment: Ongoing assessment of the safety resources provided by the contractor.\nAccident analysis: Analysis of accidents, incidents and near-miss reports; implementation of corrective and preventive measures.\nMotivation & recognition: Promotion of safety initiatives, participation in structured awards programmes.\nReporting: Reporting to the client and their representatives; close cooperation with the main contractor.\nYOUR SKILLS:\nAt least 10 years experience in a senior safety role, ideally in the construction industry.\nDeep knowledge of construction HSE management procedures, RAMS, lifting plans, HRA auditing, and compliance frameworks\n Formal qualification in health and safety management (e.g. Occupational Safety Specialist or equivalent).\nStrong communication and reporting skills with ability to influence positive safety behavior and drive continuous improvement\nExtensive experience in communicating with contractors, design teams and other project stakeholders.\n Fluent in German and English (strong verbal and written communication)\nOUR OFFER:\n30 days annual leave + 2 additional days off on December 24th and 31st\nStructured onboarding and continuous professional development\nAttractive bike leasing conditions and numerous discounts through our Corporate Benefits partner\nSecurity and stability of a globally leading corporation\nFlexible and remote working options\nPublic transport pass (Deutschland-Ticket) subsidy\nREADY TO LEAVE YOUR MARK IN A SMARTER SOCIETY?
