deliver high-impact data-driven insights to underpin corporate strategy, HR transformation and the new operating model rollout.\nSteward global CSR/ESG HR metrics and disclosure readiness - Maintain unified definitions and governance protocols for CSR-related HR metrics, ensuring robust external ESG disclosures, audit readiness and continuous process maturity improvement.\nHR Data Management:\nDrive global HR data governance and quality excellence - Steer SuccessFactors core data governance and continuous quality improvement; oversee monitoring routines and dashboards, align with enterprise standards and cascade consistent protocols to local teams.\nLead cross-functional alignment and analytics infrastructure maturity - Collaborate with key stakeholders to unify global data standards, streamline reporting workflows and lift enterprise-wide analytical maturity; oversee the full lifecycle of the Tableau-based global HR BI platform to enable scalable self-service analytics.\nEnsure HR data privacy and regulatory compliance - Oversee access controls and GDPR-aligned data security protocols across all HR analytics initiatives.\nDevelopment:\nLead and develop the people analytics team;
