performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy\nØMajor Responsibilities -\nPrepare baseline schedules using Primavera/MS Project. \nMonitor schedule progress, identify delays, propose recovery plans. \nTrack critical path and dependencies across civil, façade, MEP, and interior works. \nPrepare dashboards, MIS reports, S-curves, and earned value charts. \nCoordinate with site teams for weekly and monthly progress reviews. \nSupport cost planning, productivity analysis, and resource forecasting. \nReview contractor schedules, method statements, and weekly updates. \nProvide early warnings for schedule slippages.\nØ Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs) -\nAccuracy of project schedule and timely updates. \nAchievement of planned milestones. \nQuality of progress reports and dashboards. \nEffectiveness of mitigation strategies for delays. \nCoordination efficiency with execution teams.\n\nØQualification, Experience and Technical knowledge-\nBachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. \n10+ years of experience in planning of high-rise or commercial projects. \nStrong expertise in Primavera P6 / MS Project. \nUnderstanding of construction sequencing and MEP integration. \nFamiliarity with cost control, EVM, and productivity analysis.\n Skills & Qualities -\nAbility to interpret drawings and specifications\nAnalytical and coordination skills\nGood documentation and presentation ability\nUnderstanding of construction methodology\nAbility to coordinate
