The role will work closely with project management, construction, engineering, QA/QC, HSE, contractors, and clients to maintain project schedules, track progress, identify potential delays, and support timely project delivery.\nThe successful candidate should possess strong analytical skills, scheduling knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic project environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Planning & Scheduling\nDevelop, update, and maintain project schedules using approved planning tools and methodologies.\nPrepare detailed work schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), milestones, and look-ahead plans.\nAssist in establishing baseline schedules and monitoring schedule performance against approved plans.\nReview contractor schedules and verify alignment with project requirements and milestones.\nSupport the Planning Manager in developing recovery schedules and mitigation plans when required.\nProgress Monitoring & Project Controls\nMonitor project progress and collect progress data from site teams and contractors.\nMeasure project performance against planned schedules and key milestones.\nPerform schedule analysis and identify critical activities, delays, and potential risks.\nPrepare progress tracking tools, S-curves, manpower histograms, and performance dashboards.\nSupport forecasting activities and identify trends that may impact project delivery.\nReporting\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.\nGenerate project planning reports, progress presentations, and management updates.\nMaintain schedule updates and provide accurate status reports to project management.\nAssist in preparing schedule impact assessments related to variations, claims, and change orders.\nCoordination & Communication\nCoordinate planning activities with project managers, construction managers, site engineers, QA/QC, HSE teams, and contractors.\nAttend project meetings and provide schedule updates and planning support.\nFollow up with project stakeholders to ensure timely submission of planning data and progress information.\nSupport effective communication between project teams and client representatives.\nRisk & Schedule Management\nIdentify schedule risks and potential bottlenecks.\nParticipate in project risk assessment and mitigation activities.\nMonitor critical path activities and propose corrective actions where necessary.\nSupport development of recovery plans to overcome schedule slippages.\nDocumentation & Compliance\nEnsure planning records, reports, and schedules are maintained and documented properly.\nMaintain project planning documentation in accordance with company procedures and project requirements.\nSupport project audits and management reviews related to planning and project controls.\nComply with company HSE, Quality, and project management requirements.\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in:\nCivil Engineering\nConstruction Management\nMechanical Engineering\nElectrical Engineering\nIndustrial Engineering\nProject Management\nOr related disciplines\nExperience\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, project controls, or construction management.\nExperience in construction, industrial, infrastructure, manufacturing, EPC, or engineering projects.\nExperience working on large-scale construction or industrial projects is preferred.\nPrevious experience with international contractors or multinational project environments is an advantage.\nTechnical Competencies\nGood understanding of project planning and scheduling principles.\nProficiency in:\nPrimavera P6 (preferred)\nMicrosoft Project\nMicrosoft Excel\nPowerPoint\nKnowledge of:\nResource planning\nProgress measurement\nProject reporting\nSchedule forecasting\nAbility to interpret engineering drawings, project schedules, and construction
