of process design, sizing, and optimization techniques.\n- Ability to critically review calculations and propose practical engineering solutions.\n- Strong technical documentation and report-writing skills.\n- Fluent in spoken and written English.\nEducation: \nB tech Chemical Engineering / MTech Chemical Engineering\n75% Marks in engineering are mandatory\nJob Profile\nKey Responsibilities\n- Perform process design review and verification across conceptual, FEED, and detailed engineering stages.\n- Prepare and review process design basis, philosophies, and engineering calculations.\n- Review and verify Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and Heat & Material Balances (HMB).\n- Review process datasheets, equipment lists, line lists, tie-in lists, fluid and load lists.\n- Perform and review PSV relief load estimation and PSV sizing calculations.\n- Review flare system calculations, knockout drum sizing, and associated hydraulics.\n- Review pump, compressor, and rotating equipment process calculations including anti-surge and settle-out analyses.\n- Review design of separators, columns, heat exchangers, tanks, and other process equipment.\n- Perform hydraulic calculations and control valve sizing reviews.\n- Interface with piping, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines during EPC execution.\n- Participate in 3D model reviews and vendor technical document reviews.\n- Prepare and review technical reports, calculation notes, and design review comments.\n- Ensure compliance with applicable international codes, standards, and project procedures.\n- Site Visit : The candidate may be required to occasionally visit project sites to conduct audits or verification activities.\nLocation: Abu Dhabi,
