Descrizione Ruolo

Saipem ricerca un Project Expediting Coordinator per la Task Force RLNG (Regasification LNG) con sede a Milano. La figura coordinerà l'approvvigionamento di apparecchiature meccaniche critiche (compressori, turbine, generatori, vessel) con lead time 18-24 mesi, garantendo conformità normativa (PED, ATEX, API) e rispetto dei tempi di progetto.

Responsabilità Principali

  • Pianificazione e coordinamento procurement (RFQ, valutazione offerte, negoziazione contratti)
  • Monitoraggio lead time e critical path items; tracciamento apparecchiature long-lead
  • Vendor surveillance: ispezioni presso fornitori, controllo qualità, verifica conformità normative
  • Expediting e logistica internazionale: accelerazione consegne, trasporti, pratiche doganali
  • Reporting settimanale su status avanzamento e comunicazione con stakeholder multidisciplinari

Requisiti

  • Laurea in Ingegneria (Meccanica, Gestionale) o equivalente
  • 5-7 anni esperienza in procurement/expediting in O&G, Power o RLNG
  • Conoscenza apparecchiature rotating e normative (PED, ATEX, API, ASME)
  • Padronanza Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP; inglese fluente (B2/C1)
  • Disponibilità trasferte occasionali (10-15%); mobilizzazione gennaio 2027

  • Fascia Retributiva Indicativa: La RAL di partenza è 30.000 € e sarà commisurata all'esperienza, alle competenze e al livello di responsabilità, in linea con i parametri di mercato per ruoli equivalenti nel settore oil & gas e della riconversione energetica
  • SEDE DI LAVORO: Presso ufficio cliente, smart working, presso sede cantiere
