Description 1\nPurpose of Position\nTo generate a technical & commercia proposal in response to the clients RFPs\n Major Responsibilities\nCoordinates with the Region Sales Executives, Tender team to prepare and deliver commercial and technical proposal to the client.\nCorrectly identifies the category of technical service requirement and approaches the respective product line heads for broad based inputs.\nDiscusses and understands the technical-operational requirements of an opportunity with the respective product line heads to build the base level costing estimation. \nCoordinates with the tender team/ Sales Executive for any clarifications and queries needed to prepare a techno-commercial offer.\nDetermines (with help from the product line head) sub-contractor service that may be required, works closely with the region sales executive to get the necessary sub-con quotes as input to BV’s offer.\nParticipates in client’s pre-bid meetings and pre-tender discussions as and when needed.\nFacilitates final price estimations and discussions.\nCoordinates with the Product line head to prepare the credentials needed for the Proposal.\nDelivers the final pricing and framework of technical proposal to the Region Sales Executive for submission of the final proposal to the client.\nMaintains a tracking sheet of proposals submitted, follows with the region on progress of evaluation by the client and keeps the tracking sheet live.\nMaintains a history of won/lost opportunities with prices and record of all work completion certificates.\nSupport with other activities as required by the Management.\nRoles & Responsibilities for HSE\nMust comply the BV Cardinal Safety Rules in all situations. \nTo comply company HSE requirements e.g. policies, Procedures, guidelines etc. and local legal requirements on HSE as applicable\nTo take care of own health and safety as well as colleagues and others. \nImmediate reporting of any shortcomings on HSE i.e. any incident, unsafe work practices / conditions to his/her immediate Line Managers.\nSharing opportunities for improvement on HSE aspects\n Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs)\nDeliver a comprehensive proposal to the client within the deadline.\nQualification and Experience\nEngineering Graduate with min. 2 yrs of relevant experience (Experience in Oil& Gas sector will be preferred).\nKnowledge of QA/QC/QMS will be preferred\nSkills & Qualities:\nExcellent interpersonal skills\nProficiency in Excell, some knowledge of building estimations for Service Industry is required.\nBasic understanding
