Verify actual work executed on-site against project BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and contractor invoices. Monitor and report construction progress, quality compliance, and adherence to safety norms. Ensure materials used and workmanship align with technical specifications and approved drawings.\n Major Responsibilities\n- Measure and record quantities of completed work for interim and final payments.- Prepare and verify measurement books (MBs) and other site documentation.\n- Preparation of BOQ from the drawings\n\n- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project consultants to resolve discrepancies.- Support in cost control, budgeting, and estimating final project costs.\n- Assist in the certification of contractor bills and validate variations or extra claims.\n- Submit detailed inspection reports, photographs, and site status regularly to the head office.\n- Track and escalate deviations, delays, or non-conformities.\n\nØRoles & Responsibilities for HSE\nMust comply the BV Cardinal Safety Rules in all situations. \nTo comply company HSE requirements e.g. policies, Procedures, guidelines etc. and local legal requirements on HSE as applicable\nTo take care of own health and safety as well as colleagues and others. \nImmediate reporting of any shortcomings on HSE i.e. any incident, unsafe work practices / conditions to his/her immediate Line Managers.\nSharing opportunities for improvement on HSE aspects\n Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs)\nOn-time delivery of Reports\nClient relationship -
