This position is also responsible for providing internal support to Operations that meets or exceeds external clients’ expectations.\nMajor Roles & Responsibilities\nSend samples to subcontracted labs for testing\nTrack submission to subcontracted lab and follow up when needed to meet our turnaround time\nPrint applicable datasheets\nWork with labs and Customer Service Specialists to identify and correct any concerns or problems that arise\nOrder national brands for testing when needed\nMaintain organized sample racks for current samples in testing and historic national brands\nMaintain procedures directly or indirectly pertinent to department\nProvide feedback to the department manager regarding departmental systems, processes and recommendations for improvements\nAssist with other departmental projects and issues as deemed necessary by management.\nAssist manager with requests & department initiatives\nAssist with functions requested or related to internal clients\nParticipate in department meetings\nFollow the guidelines set forth in the Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services, Inc Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environmental policies and procedures.\nComply with Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services, Inc management systems in accordance with ISO 17025, ISO 9001,ISO 14001, ISO 45001.\nOther duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager\nKnowledge, Skills, Abilities\nStrong organizational and time management skills\nStrong communication -
