tracking and transfer of samples, as well as coordinating nonclinical study logistics and data management.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nIt is everyone’s responsibility to live out our Values and Absolutes by Shaping a World of Trust while ensuring responsible progress.\nResponsible for receiving, verifying, tracking, storing, transferring and shipping specimens for clinical and nonclinical studies\nPerforms sample order fulfillment utilizing various departmental systems and applications\nPreparing and maintaining electronic notebooks for study data entry\nCreating study frameworks within Watson LIMS and uploading data as needed\nGenerating and managing study timelines\nCoordinating with Project leadership to organize materials and information for bioanalysis efforts\nWork with client to reclassify projects and cost center associated with study requisitions\nCreate and adjust purchase orders for analytical work at third party vendors per client directive and guidelines\nMaintaining reagent and animal tissue inventory for general use\nManaging shared email inbox for client questions and requests\nComplete work processes within designated deadlines\nPerforms all tasks and procedures in a team environment with daily supervision\nClean, organize and maintain work area (e.g., refrigerators, freezers, and supply cabinets, as needed).\nCommunicate effectively with team members\nComplies with all safety guidelines\nAssist in administrative aspects of various departmental projects as directed\nAssist with process improvement with both internal and external contacts\nConduct verbal and written communications with internal and external contacts\nFollow the guidelines set forth with clients and in the Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services, Inc Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environmental policies and procedures.\nComply with clients and Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services, Inc management systems in accordance with appropriate regulatory agencies.\nFollows the guidelines set forth by clients and the Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services, Inc Quality Manual and Safety / Chemical Hygiene
