Where not familiar, lead in the development of new methodologies to perform such review & assessments.\nPerform design review of various industrial structures and civil foundation for optimum performance and safety.\nResponsible for overseeing the independent Design / Design review of GA & detailing of all components, mentoring & training of less experienced colleagues.\nResponsible for preparation of pricing proposal & estimate to Sales team and assist to control spend on site activities.\nShould be capable to developing initial & detailed engineering drawings in STAAD and perform FEA where required.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless engineering solutions on budget and in time.\nResponsible for timely execution of work and issuance of deliverables to client in specified time frame.\nConduct thorough reviews of topography reports to assess the site conditions for structural design.\nThe position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.\nWilling to travel as per the requirement to site to understand the job and able to deliver the presentations to client for clarifications or business.\n\nRoles & Responsibilities for HSEMust comply the BV Cardinal Safety Rules in all situations.\nTo comply company HSE requirements e.g. policies, Procedures, guidelines etc. and local legal requirements on HSE as applicable\nTo take care of own health and safety as well as colleagues and others.\nImmediate reporting of any shortcomings on HSE i.e. any incident, unsafe work practices / conditions to his/her immediate Line Managers.\nSharing opportunities for improvement on HSE aspects.\n\n Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs)Revenue generated\nQuality of report & On-time Project Completion\nDeliverable done in allocated timeframe\nCustomer satisfaction\nUtilization rate\nShare information, Best practice, Knowledge Management\nSupport in enhancement of sales for the product\n\n Qualification & Technical KnowledgeB.E / B.
