Witness inspections and tests, identify non-conformities, and verify corrective actions and workmanship quality.\n Technical Coordination: Coordinate structural interfaces with architectural, MEP, equipment, and construction teams.\n Documentation: Maintain clear structural inspection records, review comments, and technical reports.\n Measures of success\n Structural works are executed safely and in accordance with approved design, seismic requirements, and specified quality standards.\n Structural and vibration-related issues are identified and resolved before they affect downstream construction or laboratory performance.\n Requirements to be a successful candidate\n Education: University degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.\n Experience: At least 10 years of experience in structural supervision of reinforced concrete and steel structures.\n Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Uzbekistan seismic requirements, including SHNK 2.01.03-04, and relevant construction supervision practices.\n Specialized Experience: Understanding of vibration control considerations for laboratories or other vibration-sensitive facilities.\n Languages: Proficiency in
