It's an opportunity to shape the creative identity of a fast-growing global brand, bringing bold ideas to life and making sure everything we create is unmistakably BURGA. You'll be leading a talented team of 25+ creatives across art direction, copywriting, social media, pattern design, graphic design, and 3D animation, setting the creative standard across every brand touchpoint.\nYour Role:You'll own and evolve BURGA's creative vision, translating our brand strategy into standout campaigns, collections, and social-first content that resonate with audiences worldwide. Working closely with the Director of Brand and cross-functional teams, you'll combine creative ambition with commercial thinking, inspire and develop creative leaders, and ensure BURGA continues to push boundaries while staying true to its identity.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nLead and mentor 25+ people brand creative team: art direction, copywriting, social media content, pattern design, graphic design and 3D animation.\n\nTranslate BURGA’s brand strategy into a distinctive creative vision across visual and written communication, and ensure creative work is recognisably BURGA.\n\nWork with the Director of Brand to translate and apply BURGA’s brand positioning, tone of voice and communication principles across the brand book and creative guidelines. Own and evolve the visual and verbal guidance as the brand develops.\n\nLead the creative concept and direction for brand and collection campaigns, product launches, sales campaigns and other key marketing moments, in partnership with the relevant teams.\n\nSet the creative direction for collections and shape pattern design direction with the Lead Pattern Designer, collaborated with the Product Development team on relevant projects.\n\nDevelop a social-first creative approach. Make brand and campaign concepts with social as the primary channel, and ensure the visual and creative direction carries consistently.\n\nSet the creative quality bar. Review, give feedback on, and approve work across design, copy, art direction, 3D, and social content.\n\nWork closely with the Director of Brand Operations to plan creative resources, hit deadlines, and keep projects within agreed scope and budget.\n\nPartner with Growth, Partnerships, Ecommerce, B2B, Marketing Operations and other teams to bring a consistent brand expression to their channels and touchpoints.\n\nBuild team capability by identifying hiring needs, hiring top creative talent, and developing leads into strong managers.\n\nWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR\nAt least 3 years of experience as a Creative Director or in a comparable senior creative leadership role.\n\nAt least 10 years of experience in creative roles, including experience leading creative teams in ecommerce or B2C brands.\n\nProven experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams through team leads.\n\nStrong knowledge of graphic design, art direction, content production and copywriting, with the ability to lead specialists across these disciplines.\n\nStrong understanding of social media and platform-native content.\n\nAbility to balance bold creative ideas with commercial goals, timelines, and budgets.\n\nStrong interest in fashion, culture, creativity and innovation, with the ambition to help build a globally recognised consumer brand.\n\nAbility to inspire and motivate people, give direct feedback, and foster a positive, high-performance team culture.\n\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.\n\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects at once.\n\nExcellent command of English, both spoken and written.\n\nSALARY: 6000-8000 EUR/Month GROSS.
