It's an opportunity to shape the designs behind a globally recognized fashion accessories brand while inspiring a talented team of creatives. You'll be at the heart of a fast-paced, trend-driven environment where fresh ideas, bold patterns, and exciting collections come to life.\nYour Role:You'll lead and develop our Pattern Design team while staying hands-on in creating original designs that make BURGA products stand out. Working closely with the Creative Director and Marketing teams, you'll turn emerging trends, creative concepts, and commercial insights into standout collections that resonate with customers worldwide.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nLead, mentor and develop the pattern design team. Plan workload, set priorities, give regular feedback and maintain a high standard of craft across the team’s work.\n\nLead pattern and print direction within each collection, working with the Creative Director and marketing teams to translate the wider creative vision into pattern concepts and product designs.\n\nStay hands-on: design original patterns for BURGA products, taking them from first sketch through to production-ready files.\n\nResearch fashion, culture and social media trends, and turn them into pattern concepts that fit BURGA's brand identity.\n\nThink commercially. Analyze sales performance, bestsellers, and customer feedback to understand what sells, and propose new patterns with strong sales potential.\n\nDevelop collection themes and seasonal concepts: build moodboards, color stories, and pattern families.\n\nEnsure design consistency and quality across all products, and maintain pattern libraries, file standards, and handoff processes.\n\nStay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continuously improve the team's design process and output.\n\nWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR\nAt least 6 years of experience in pattern, print, textile or surface design, ideally in fashion, accessories or consumer products.\n\nExperience leading, mentoring or developing other designers, ideally for at least 2 years.\n\nA strong portfolio showcasing original patterns, graphics, and collections, ideally including commercially successful designs.\n\nProven ability to spot and anticipate trends, especially in tech and fashion, and turn them into products that sell.\n\nCommercial mindset, with comfort using sales data and performance insights to guide creative decisions.\n\nExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop, and other relevant design tools.\n\nSolid understanding of design principles, color theory, composition, typography, and production requirements.\n\nAbility to balance hands-on design work with team leadership in a fast-paced environment.\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\n\nExcellent command of English, both spoken and written.\n\nSALARY: 4500-5500 EUR/Month GROSS.
