You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced evironment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.\nYour Role: Be the force behind smarter, faster, and more efficient manufacturing processes. From implementing new technologies and streamlining workflows to solving technical challenges and ensuring production stability-you’ll make sure our operations are as sharp as our designs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, support technical innovation, and own process improvements that keep us scaling without losing our edge.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\n- Map, measure, and improve manufacturing workflows\n- Collect, analyze, and interpret production process data to drive decisions\n- Identify and resolve technical issues across production lines\n- Implement Lean and other process optimization methodologies\n- Develop, standardize, and maintain production processes and documentation\n- Create and update SOPs, work instructions, process flows, and layout drawings\n- Support automated manufacturing system development\n- Introduce new products into serial production\n- Ensure stability and continuous improvement in production processes\n- Train employees after process or equipment changes\nWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR\n- 2+ years of experience in Process Engineering, Production/Quality Engineering, Technologist, or similar\n- Experience in process implementation, improvement, and technology scouting\n- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions\n- Understanding of Lean, 5S, Kaizen, or similar efficiency methodologies\n- Ability to create clear documentation (SOPs, layouts, workflows)\n- Understanding of PFMEA, 8D, and other problem-solving tools\n- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment\n- Effective time management and independence\n- Strong decision-making and logical reasoning skills\n- Excellent communication skills in both English and Lithuanian\nSALARY: 2650 - 4100 Eur/month GROSS.
