ABOUT THE POSITION
Performance Creative Strategist at BURGA is more than just a title - it's a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that's taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.
Your role: as Performance Creative Strategist, you'll be responsible for the creative strategy behind our paid ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and AppLovin. You'll connect performance data with strong creative thinking to build ads that reach the right people and actually work.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop and own creative strategies for paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and AppLovin.
- Translate performance data and audience insights into concrete creative briefs and iteration hypotheses
- Work hands-on with designers, video editors, and content creators to execute your creative vision, from brief to final asset
- Participate in ad shoots and lead creative direction on set when needed
- Present strategy and results clearly to internal stakeholders; you own the narrative
- Run regular creative reviews - what's working, what's not, what we test next
- Stay ahead of format and platform changes; what performs today won't necessarily perform tomorrow
- (Potentially) Own YouTube creative strategy - adapting concepts for skippable pre-roll, bumper ads, and longer formats with a distinct approach from social-first platforms.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years in a creative role, with at least 1-2 years specifically in performance creative or creative strategy
- Hands-on experience running or directly supporting paid campaigns on Meta; other platforms a bonus
- Strong grasp of what makes ads perform - not just what looks good, but what converts
- Comfortable reading platform analytics and making creative decisions from data
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously without losing creative quality
- Excellent English - you'll write briefs, present strategy, and give creative feedback daily
- Bonus: Experience at an e-commerce brand or agency focused on e-commerce
- Bonus: On-set experience with video ad production
SALARY: 3000 - 4000 EUR GROSS/month + BONUS based on performance. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
