for timely resolution.\n\n- Review automation code and enforce testing best practices, naming standards, and framework guidelines.\n\n- Monitor automation execution results, maintain test metrics, and generate quality reports for stakeholders.\n\n- Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.\n\n- Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA organization.\n\n- Support performance, security, and accessibility testing initiatives when
