The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in date palm cultivation and farm management.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupervise daily date palm farm operations and activities.\n\nMonitor palm tree health, growth, and overall plantation condition.\n\nManage irrigation, fertilization, pruning, pollination, and harvesting activities.\n\nSupervise pest and disease control programs.\n\nMonitor soil conditions and coordinate irrigation and fertigation requirements.\n\nSupervise farm workers and assign daily tasks.\n\nEnsure proper pruning, cleaning, thinning, and maintenance of palm trees.\n\nMonitor fruit development and quality throughout the season.\n\nMaintain records of farm activities, production, fertilizers, irrigation, and treatments.\n\nEnsure proper use and maintenance of agricultural tools and equipment.\n\nFollow agricultural, safety, and quality standards.\n\nCoordinate with farm management to achieve production and quality targets.\n\nRequirements\nDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field.\n\n3-7 years of experience in date palm farming or agricultural operations.\n\nStrong hands-on knowledge of date palm cultivation and plantation management.\n\nExperience in irrigation, fertilization, pruning, pollination, pest and disease control.\n\nExperience supervising farm workers and daily agricultural activities.\n\nGood knowledge of date palm varieties, seasonal activities, and harvesting.\n\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills.\n\nSaudi/GCC agricultural experience is preferred.\n\nEnglish required;
