The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate, production-ready artwork and media-ready files for print and digital platforms, ensuring that all deliverables meet technical specifications, brand guidelines, and quality standards.\nThe role requires strong technical knowledge of graphic design software, print production, digital media specifications, layout, typography, and color management. The Finalizer will work closely with designers, art directors, account executives, and production teams to ensure high-quality outputs and timely delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare and finalize artwork and production-ready files for print and digital media.\n\nReview artwork for accuracy, including layout, typography, alignment, dimensions, color profiles, resolution, and file specifications.\n\nEnsure files meet production requirements, including CMYK/RGB color modes, bleeds, crop marks, fonts, linked assets, and appropriate file formats.\n\nAdapt master artwork and key visuals across multiple formats and media while maintaining brand consistency.\n\nPrepare and format reports, books, brochures, presentation decks, and other creative materials.\n\nOrganize, name, version, and archive files using structured folder systems.\n\nIdentify and resolve technical issues, missing assets, font problems, and artwork inconsistencies before final delivery.\n\nCoordinate with graphic designers, art directors, copywriters, studio managers, and production teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.\n\nLiaise with printers, prepress operators, production houses, and digital media platforms when required to confirm technical specifications.\n\nManage multiple projects and revisions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.\n\nRecommend workflow improvements and implement best practices to improve efficiency and reduce errors.\n\nMaintain quality standards and ensure all final deliverables comply with client requirements and brand guidelines.\n\nQualifications and Requirements\nBachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Digital Media, or equivalent relevant experience.\n\nMinimum 3 years of experience in the advertising industry or a related creative production environment.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.\n\nStrong understanding of print and digital production requirements, including color management, resolution, bleed settings, crop marks, file formats, and prepress processes.\n\nExcellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of layout, typography, proportions, and visual consistency.\n\nAbility to troubleshoot artwork and file preparation issues independently.\n\nStrong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple assignments, prioritize urgent requests, and meet strict deadlines.\n\nEffective communication and collaboration skills.\n\nFlexibility to handle last-minute changes in a fast-paced creative environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nAdobe certifications or relevant graphic design software certifications.\n\nFamiliarity with prepress software, production workflows, and digital advertising specifications.\n\nExperience working with print vendors, production houses, or external creative collaborators.\n\nPerformance Expectations\nDeliver accurate, error-free artwork and production-ready files.\n\nMeet agreed deadlines and maintain high on-time delivery performance.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve finalization workflows and reduce turnaround times.\n\nCollaborate effectively with creative and production teams to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables.\n\nWorking Conditions\nStandard business hours apply.
