with safety, quality, and client requirements.\nThe MEP Maintenance Supervisor shall lead technicians, coordinate daily maintenance activities, review work progress, ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, and maintain proper documentation using computer-based systems.\nKey Responsibilities:\nMEP Maintenance Supervision\nSupervise daily MEP maintenance activities and assign tasks to technicians.\n\nCoordinate preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance works.\n\nEnsure all MEP systems are operating safely and efficiently.\n\nMonitor technician performance and provide technical support.\n\nEnsure work completion as per approved procedures, schedules, and client requirements.\n\nCoordinate with engineers, clients, and other departments for maintenance activities.\n\nHVAC System Maintenance & Troubleshooting\nProvide technical support for HVAC maintenance activities.\n\nTroubleshoot various HVAC systems, including:\nVRF/VRV Systems\n\nPackage AC Units\n\nDucted Split Units\n\nCassette AC Units\n\nSplit AC Units\n\nFCU & AHU Systems\n\nVentilation Systems\n\nChilled Water Systems (Basic)\n\nAnalyze HVAC breakdowns and identify root causes.\n\nMonitor refrigerant charging, leak detection, and HVAC performance.\n\nSupervise compressor replacement, major repairs, and servicing activities.\n\nReview HVAC preventive maintenance reports and checklists.\n\nElectrical Maintenance Supervision\nSupervise electrical maintenance activities.\n\nTroubleshoot electrical faults and support technicians during breakdowns.\n\nMonitor maintenance of:\nLV Panels\n\nDistribution Boards (DB)\n\nMCC Panels\n\nLighting Systems\n\nMotors\n\nControl Panels\n\nGenerators (Basic)\n\nUPS Systems (Basic)\n\nVFD Systems\n\nEnsure electrical work is performed safely and according to standards.\n\nVerify testing and inspection activities.\n\nEnsure compliance with electrical safety procedures and LOTO requirements.\n\nPlumbing & Mechanical Maintenance Supervision\nSupervise plumbing and mechanical maintenance activities.\n\nMonitor maintenance of:\nWater Supply Systems\n\nDrainage Systems\n\nPumps\n\nValves\n\nWater Heaters\n\nWater Tanks\n\nSanitary Fixtures\n\nPiping Systems\n\nTroubleshoot plumbing leaks and equipment failures.\n\nEnsure proper installation and repair of GI, PPR, PVC, Copper, and other piping systems.\n\nCoordinate major repair works with contractors when required.\n\nPreventive Maintenance (PPM) Management\nPlan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly PPM activities.\n\nEnsure completion of preventive maintenance schedules.\n\nReview PPM checklists and maintenance records.\n\nIdentify recurring failures and recommend corrective actions.\n\nMaintain equipment reliability and minimize breakdowns.\n\nTeam Management\nAllocate manpower according to maintenance requirements.\n\nConduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.\n\nTrain technicians on technical procedures and safe work practices.\n\nMonitor attendance, productivity, and work quality.\n\nEnsure technicians use proper PPE and tools.\n\nManage emergency call-out activities.\n\nReports & Documentation\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.\n\nPrepare breakdown reports and root cause analysis (RCA) reports.\n\nMaintain equipment history and maintenance records.\n\nPrepare work completion reports.\n\nMonitor spare parts and material requirements.\n\nUpdate CMMS work orders and maintenance status.\n\nComputer Skills & Documentation\nGood knowledge of MS Office applications:\nMicrosoft Word\n\nMicrosoft Excel\n\nMicrosoft PowerPoint\n\nOutlook / Email Communication\n\nPrepare professional maintenance reports and documents.\n\nPrepare daily activity reports and manpower reports.\n\nPrepare PPM schedules and tracking sheets.\n\nMaintain digital records and maintenance documentation.\n\nBasic knowledge of CAFM/CMMS systems.\n\nSafety Responsibilities\nEnsure compliance with HSE procedures.\n\nConduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.\n\nEnsure Permit to Work (PTW) compliance.\n\nImplement Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.\n\nConduct site inspections to identify unsafe conditions.\n\nEnsure safe working practices by all technicians.\n\nClient & Site Coordination\nCoordinate with client representatives regarding maintenance activities.\n\nAttend client meetings and discuss technical issues.\n\nProvide updates on work progress and pending issues.\n\nEnsure customer satisfaction and service
