You will help shape how the brokerage grows, with direct access to the founder and room to build your own book.\nThe role\nThis is a revenue-generating advisory role: you build your own business through client relationships and real estate agent networks. Company-generated leads are a supplement, not the main source of your pipeline. Your first 90 days are for building pipeline.
