About the Role

We’re looking for aPaid Ads Designer to joinQureos, an AI-powered hiring platform helping companies discover, assess, and hire top talent faster.

Paid ad design (Freelance) is the primary focus of this role. We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience creating high-quality, performance-focused assets for platforms like Meta You’ll also supportlanding page and social media design when needed, but strong paid advertising experience is the key requirement.

What You’ll Do

  • Design compellingpaid ad creatives across different platforms and formats.

  • Create creative variations for testing and optimization.

  • Turn marketing goals and messaging into scroll-stopping visual concepts.

  • Collaborate with the marketing/growth team on campaign creatives.

  • Supportlanding page and social media design when needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience designingpaid advertising creatives this is a must.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing paid ad work.

  • Good understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused design.

  • Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.

  • Landing page and social media design experience is a plus.

  • Motion/video design experience is a plus.
