role and distributing that role across 2,000+ job boards. We raised $5M seed round led by Prosus Ventures, with Salica Oryx Fund, Oraseya Capital, COTU Ventures and an early HubSpot executive alongside them. We are funded, we are growing, and we are expanding the team for the next phase.
Why the work matters
On one side of this are companies that lose their best candidate because the process took 6 - 8 weeks. On the other side are people who never hear back at all, on roles they would have been right for. Every hour we take out of hiring is a company that gets the person they wanted and a candidate who gets a real answer instead of silence. That is what you are marketing.
The opportunity
You are joining a growth team that already runs our core channels. Your job is the next set, and the
conversion of everything that arrives.
New channels, paid and organic. For example, Paid media, affiliates, marketplaces, communities, search, content, email, lifecycle, referral. You decide what we test next, make the case with numbers, and call which ones we scale and which ones we stop.
Both sides of the marketplace. Companies that need to hire, and the talent they hire. Two funnels that behave nothing alike, and you will be fluent in both.
The experiment engine. A live backlog of bets, each with a hypothesis, a budget, a time box and a bar to clear. Run fast, scale what clears, stop what does not, and write down why so nobody retests it in six months.
Conversion, not just traffic. You will be in the analytics finding where people stall, and working with product and engineering to optimise the journey until the numbers move. Growth that cannot touch the product is just marketing.
Work that reaches the whole company. You will work directly with the founders, and across product, engineering, sales and the growth team. Decisions get made in the same week you raise them, and the ones you make show up in the product people use.
Upside you can feel. Fixed salary plus performance based variable, so the results you produce land in your pocket too, and meaningful equity in a company at the point where it starts to compound.
Room above you. The scope you start with is not the ceiling. Prove the engine and it grows into new markets, pricing, packaging and a team.
What great looks like after twelve months
At least one new channel proven and scaling. We know the economics, we know they hold at higher spend, and we are pushing it as hard as it will go.
Self serve revenue up, because someone optimized the path from first visit to paying customer rather than only filling the top of it.
Sales working more qualified inbound than it can handle, from sources we can name and repeat.
Decisions get made faster, because the evidence behind them is yours and it is good.
Who you are
You have taken acquisition from nothing to scale somewhere, in product led or self serve growth, B2B SaaS demand generation, or a two sided marketplace. We hire on what you have proven, not the logo and not the years. Beyond that, four things matter:
You build it yourself. In the ad account, the analytics and the page builder. Briefing creative, writing the sequence, reading the funnel.
You design tests that settle arguments. A defensible yes or no inside a fortnight, because you have run enough of them to know how most tests fail.
You pull your own analysis rather than waiting on a data team.
You change your mind when the data goes against you.
What we are not looking for
People who have moved away from the tools and have not built anything with their own hands in the last year.
Anyone who needs a fully staffed team underneath them before they can move a number.
Anyone who mistakes activity for growth. Campaigns launched is not a result.
