The Raeford operation has been proudly producing dress uniform fabric for the US Military for more than 50 years. If you or someone you know has ever served in the US Military, whether in the Army, Air force, Coast Guard, Navy or Marines, they have worn Burlington Raeford fabric.\nAs Human Resources Manager you will participate as a member of the management team and will be responsible for leading all human resources initiatives including employee engagement and retention, recruiting, training and development, benefit administration, employee relations, compensation administration, safety and other areas as it relates to supporting and developing employees.\nYou will be responsible for leading and developing positive employee relations and ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
