You will be a key player in our supply chain operation, ensuring all DC operations run smoothly so we can ensure merchandise is being received, processed, stored, packed, and shipped properly to help us achieve our mission to get the right products to the right stores at the right time!SHIFT: Monday - Thursday 4:30pm - 2:30am\nA Day in the Life\nAnalyzes productivity, efficiency, and accuracy data to lead and drive team performance excellence and maximize individual team member performance and potential.\nLeads and acts as an ambassador for Burlington’s Core Values, fostering an engaging, professional, and inclusive team environment.\nActs as a catalyst and action driver for complex, cross-functional, and interdepartmental assignments and special projects.\nPractices everyday development by providing feedback, coaching, and development to their team - and receiving the same for oneself.\nEnsures on-going training and consistent compliance with all appropriate policies, procedures, and rules.\nEffectively and confidently leverages technology, warehouse management systems, and reporting tools / programs to drive results and performance excellence.\nYou'll Come With\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or similarly related field) or a combination of education and experience\n3+ years’ experience leading in a high-volume distribution environment\nManagement/leadership experience in a supply chain distribution center environment\nExperience implementing employee engagement, mentoring/coaching and development initiatives\nExperience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)\nWarehouse Management Systems preferred\nAble to read and interpret necessary policies and procedures to perform updates and operate systems and other programs within the Distribution Center\nAbility to work a flexible schedule\nAbility to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including the Mezzanine platforms\nAbility to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more and the ability to stand for extended periods of time\nBi-lingual a plus\nCome join our team.
