As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our Distribution Center team. You should display strong problem solving and decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships, staffing management, payroll support and Federal and State law compliance.SHIFT: MONDAY-FRIDAY 8:00AM- 5:00PM\nA Day in the Life\nProcess various time-sensitive data entry, uploads, exports and transactional requests from HR, the business and associates related to status changes in the HRIS and all applicable systems.\nPrepare new hire orientation material and maintain data entry for new hires as well as conduct new hire orientation and onboarding.\nManage, track and ensure compliance on all associate information and documentation as dictated by governing policies, including new hire required documentation, associate performance reviews, progressive discipline and terminations.\nSupports the Distribution Centers with the planning, communicating and tracking of company-wide initiatives, events and objectives throughout the year as well as the daily associate inquiries.\nAdvise and assist Managers and Supervisors on interpretation and administration of HR policies and procedures.\nAct as a liaison between Distribution Center associates and Corporate Benefits department to support and resolve benefits inquiries.\nCoordinate FMLA, LOA, Workers Comp claims and submit paperwork to corporate/vendor.\nSupport additional HR projects as needed.\nYou'll Come With\nAssociates degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience\nBackground & understanding of basic Human Resources principles\nAbility to be cross-trained and serve as back up resource to other coordinators in department\nProactive work ethic; ability to work autonomously as well as with a team\nProficiency in Microsoft Office\nHuman Resources experience in a Distribution Center environment preferred\nBilingual strongly preferred\nCome join our team.
