Enter data and hours for stores that are unable to transmit information; process short hour, missed benefit day, vacation and mismatch bonus requests. \nTroubleshoot, research, and resolve standard payroll issues - troubleshoot questions/issues that relate to un-submitted new hire information; vacation requests; stop payment requests; verification of employment. Communicate and follow-up on issues in a timely manner\nProvide back-up to other Coordinators - perform back up duties for other Coordinators as needed\nYou'll Come With\nEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent\nExperience: Experience with payroll or other accounting functions\nSkills and Abilities:\nProficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access\nUnderstands/can learn department’s Payroll/Accounting/Financial Systems\nAttention to detail and accuracy\nOrganized and on top of time sensitive tasks; works well within time constraints\nHandles correspondence with vendors professionally and efficiently.\nResolves issues quickly and effectively\nEffectively communicates with management and peers\nIdentifies problems/issues pertaining to work\nWorks with supervision & established procedures\nWorkday HCM system a plus\nReflexis WFM system a plus\nBi-lingual English and Spanish preferred\nHours:Monday - 8:00am - 4:30pm EST \n Tuesday - Remote workday (Hours may vary depending on payroll processing deadlines) \nWednesday 8:00am - 4:30pm \nThursday - 8:00am - 4:30pm \nFriday - 8:00am - 4:30pm \n\nCome join our team.
