Understands and implements Store Planning processes to maximize department productivity and individual contribution.A Day in the Life\nPROJECT DEVELOPMENT\nDevelop and produce Store Planning conceptual plans, construction documents, interior planning documents, demonstrating proficient use of AutoCAD. Experience using xrefs required.\nMake scope of work decisions for each project based on location specific requirements and budget guidelines. Partner with supervisor for non-prototypical situations\nUnderstand all planning processes & standards. Stay up to date on the latest Prototype, Innovation & Merchandising initiatives and ensure all documents are in compliance\nPROJECT ADMINISTRATION\nOversee each project from inception to completion; Maintain quality control and communication through all phases of the project. Trouble-shoot & respond swiftly to RFIs, and manage change orders as needed. Manage multiple projects at once & prioritize workload effectively\nLog & maintain store specific data in company database to share and preserve company records\nDevelop and maintain partnerships, communication and coordination with Burlington's cross-functional departments and outside architects. Communicate changes that may affect production schedules\nYou'll Come With\nBachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience\n3 to 5 years Store Planning/Design Preferred\nMerchandising/Retail Experience preferred\nAuto CAD proficiency required\nMicrosoft Office proficiency required\nMicrosoft Project proficiency preferred\nBluebeam proficiency preferred\nPhysical Requirements:\nSitting at a workstation, reviewing plans\nOccasional travel as needed\n#LI-CG1\nCome join our team.
