You’ll work closely with customers on day-to-day needs, drive product adoption, and assist in maintaining strong relationships while acting as a key point of contact for basic queries and support.\nThis role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment while supporting multiple accounts and delivering a great customer experience.\nWhat you'll do:\nSupport the onboarding process for new SMB customers, including basic setup and coordination with internal teams\nAssist customers with platform usage, issue resolution, and general queries\nWork closely with the Manager Customer Success to ensure smooth account management\nMaintain and update customer data in CRM tools like HubSpot\nIdentify at-risk customers and escalate concerns to the Customer Success Manager\nCoordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth handoff and service delivery\nFollow defined processes to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience\nContribute to improving onboarding and support workflows\nRequirements\n1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, or Account Management, preferably in a B2B or tech-enabled environment\nExperience working with SMB customers\nFamiliarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and basic data handling\nBasic understanding of Customer Onboarding processes\nStrong communication skills with the ability to engage and support customers effectively\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks\nPrior experience in a Startup or Tech company is a plus\nBenefits\nInvesting in you\nCompetitive salary \nMedical\nEducational courses\nGenerous Time Off\nAt Burq, we value diversity.
