Qualifying experience includes providing one-on-one or group services with a focus on recovery/resiliency; teaching coping skills; supporting school, community, or employment functioning; and implementing treatment plan objectives.\nAdditional Qualifications:\nCompletion of all IDHS Division of Mental Health (DMH) training standards.\n\nCompliance with ASAM assessment requirements if delivering substance use services.\n\nAdherence to all documentation and utilization review procedures applicable in Illinois.\n\nSuccessful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check.\n\nCurrent driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (exists 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
