activity and ensure service calls are accurately classified and billed.\nDevelop and maintain knowledge of assigned customer accounts, contracts, service coverage, billing requirements, and rates.\nReview service activity to determine whether services are in scope or out of scope based on customer contracts and billing requirements.\nApply customer-specific billing rules and make appropriate billing decisions based on contract requirements.\nResearch and resolve billing discrepancies, service-call questions, and account-related issues.\nReview reports to identify potential billing discrepancies, missed billing opportunities, or unusual activity.\nEnsure service activity is reviewed accurately and timely to support the billing cycle.\nMaintain accurate customer account and billing information.\nPrepare ad hoc and customer-specific billing reports as requested.\nCommunicate with internal departments regarding billing requirements, service activity, and account-specific questions.\nPerform other duties and special projects as assigned.\nQualifications\nHigh School diploma or equivalent required.\n4+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, accounting operations, service billing, or a related field preferred.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to review and interpret detailed service and billing information.\nAbility to understand and apply customer contracts, billing terms, and service requirements.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nWillingness and ability to learn customer-specific billing requirements and processes.\nExperience with NetSuite or other enterprise billing systems preferred.\nExperience with Service Center or similar service management systems preferred.\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.\nStrong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nAbility to work independently and effectively in a team environment.\nDemonstrated initiative, sense of urgency, and commitment to accuracy and
