Analysts are expected to participate in company efforts to implement continuous improvement initiatives and consolidate systems. This is a remote position.\n\nEssential Functions/Key Responsibilities: \nProcess Inventory transactions necessary to move assets between BRC/Main Warehouse locations to 3PL and field technician sites \nPrepare reporting metrics for departmental key performance indicators. \nReceive parts from field technicians into the BRC repair system database \nCommunicate receiving discrepancies with Field Operations. \nReconcile customer owned inventory received at the wrong location and work with other Logistics Analysts to ensure parts get returned to the proper place \nProvide feedback to Repair Operations Manager on parts needed at 3PL locations \nPrepare product not yet supported or product with excess demand for shipment to 3 party repair vendors. \nParticipate in the implementation of continuous process improvements within Supply Chain. \nAssist with training Field Operations personnel on proper part return procedures for Burroughs customers. \nPrepare reporting metrics for departmental key performance indicators. \nParticipate in efforts to integrate ERP systems. \nOther related tasks as assigned. \n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities: \nProblem Solving/Analysis \nTeam centered/work well with co-workers to resolve issues and problems \nCustomer Service focus \nStrong communication skills (verbal and written) \nAbility to work independently \nLeadership \nAttention to detail \nThoroughness \n\nEducation and Experience: \nHigh school diploma or GED required. \nPrior logistics or equivalent business experience required. \nStandard Microsoft applications, including Windows, Outlook, Excel, and Word preferred \n\nPhysical Requirements and Working Conditions: \nWhile performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand.
