The individual will join our client service team and work with Corporate & Services Practice. \nAs a Public Relations Executive you are expected to actively be involved in the day-to-day execution of client activities under the supervision and guidance of senior team members. You will contribute to Burson performance by supporting the seniors in the team to manage client relationships and integrated communication (IC) programs, satisfying, and delighting clients and generating new business. You are required to support our corporate strategy and your practice or office to help ensure superior client service, a winning culture and profitability.\nWhat you'll do:\nClient Service:\nStay updated on all your clients, their industries, and competitors by actively reading articles, press materials, marketing collateral and strategy documents.\nHelp organize and participate in client brainstorm meetings and calls and never hesitate to ask informed questions and make creative recommendations; understand what is being done and how it adds value to your clients.\nAble to draft high quality and actionable client facing communications with minimal assistance, including status reports, campaign summary reports, general account activity reports etc.\nKnow the Burson’s research and measurement methodologies and implement research and measurement tools to support the account team in IC programs.\nUnderstand the media landscape and be able to help develop and customize media lists for your clients.\nBuild media relationships and be able to leverage relevant knowledge to benefit your clients.\nAssist in press materials development and support the preparation of press events.\nStay updated on social media trends and build relationships with key influencers and community contacts to optimize channels.\nEmbeds Burson proprietary AI tools as a core part of the marketing workflow - applying them to competitor research, content development, campaign performance analysis, and audience strategy to make marketing decisions faster and more informed.\nYou must possess a strong familiarity with how Generative AI tools are used across communications programmes, especially in planning, research, ideation, content creation, and daily operations to drive relevance and efficiency.\nExperience that contributes to success:\n2+ years of experience in Public Relations\nUniversity degree in Communications or related discipline\nYou belong at Burson:\nOur vision is for Burson to be the leading ‘academy company’ for creative communications professionals and emerging leaders.
