In this role, you’ll be responsible for servicing clients, managing assigned digital accounts, and initiating and implementing digital marketing activities outlined in digital marketing communications programmes, in line with Burson’s standards. You’ll work closely with clients and colleagues to support the delivery of effective digital marketing communications in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\nWhat you'll do:\nAccount Management\nDay-to-day management of allocated accounts according to agreed programme and scope of work\nFully familiarise oneself with client’s business and the related industry, client contacts, and clients' internal communications procedures and processes\nFully familiarise oneself with Burson client servicing standards, client report and budget procedures\nPrepare all contact reports on client meetings and timely submission of such reports to clients\nPrepare monthly activity reports detailing all activities carried out for the month for the client in question\nEnsure that all written materials to be submitted to client are accurate, error-free, well written in English or Thai and approved by a manager or director in charge of that account\nRecord Minutes of Meeting in all clients meetings to ensure alignment between our side and clients’Brief third parties e.g. influencers, website vendors, online/live event organizers etc. fully and clearly on clients’ requirements and preferences\n\nManage multiple projects and accounts, manage client relationships and deliver results\nDigital Marketing Communications\nDevelop and implement 360-degree, digital marketing mix strategies that are in line with clients’ objectives and target audience\nAssist all social media deliverables on client’s social strategy which includes content planning & development, execution, community management, customer responses, reporting insights on campaign performance, including engagement, conversion and traffic growth.\nDesign trackable campaign metrics and measurements to optimize and achieve clients’ business goals\nAnalyze data, campaign structures, and functionality to identify new or improved marketing campaign opportunities.\nManage, monitor and tracking all phases of campaign development project\nProvide technical perspective in client meetings when specific expertise is required\nCreative / Strategic Inputs\nProactively alert clients or the team leader on issues and events that will have an impact on client business or digital-related programme\nAdvice and alert the team leader to emerging client issues e.g. budget, personnel etc.\nContribute to business development pitches particularly in research and intelligence gathering\nAccount Management\nProvide accurate budget estimates using the Burson Estimator for projects and retainer accounts\nManage and track all client budgets to prevent over-servicing\nDevelop and build client relationships\nBusiness Development\nIdentify and develop new business opportunities from existing clients\nContribute in business development pitches and undertake research or intelligence gathering work\nExperience that contributes to success:\nA bachelor's degree in a related subject, such as marketing or information technology.\n2+ years of demonstrable job experience in digital marketing, including running social media campaigns, managing social media channels, preferably cross-channel optimization\nExperience in project management and ability to organize well\nProven track record of executing SEO/SEM campaigns, Google Analytics, retargeting, and creating strategic online marketing initiatives.\nProficiency in all mainstream social media channels (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok, Line, LinkedIn etc.), as well as online advertising platforms (i.e. Google Display Network (GDN), social media ads manager\nHave a practical knowledge of Lead Generation, Campaign Management, Business Intelligence, and System Analyst.\nBe a trend spotter, proactive thinker, and team player at the same time\nGoogle Analytics Certificate is a plus\n#LI-DNP\nYou belong at Burson:\nOur vision is for Burson to be the leading ‘academy company’ for creative communications professionals and emerging leaders.
