You’re social-first, culturally curious, always tuned into emerging creators and trends, and understand how to turn those insights into influencer programs that deliver meaningful results for clients.\nHere’s what you’d be doing:\nLead the identification, vetting and outreach of on-brand, campaign-relevant influencers for paid collaborations and long-term partnerships, aligned with strategic plans developed with senior team members and clients\nManage the negotiation, execution, project management and measurement of influencer programs, with a focus on paid collaborations and long-term partnerships\nEstablish and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, talent agencies and other key contacts within the influencer space\nLead day-to-day client relationships, becoming a trusted and reliable partner\nTake a thoughtful and strategic approach to multi-platform influencer programs, leveraging trends, cultural insights and data to support broader PR and communications objectives\nCollaborate with internal teams on monitoring, compliance and execution across influencer activities\nDevelop and/or contribute to campaign reporting, tracking organic and paid influencer content and translating performance data into actionable insights and recommendations\nStay on top of emerging social trends, platforms, technologies, creators and changes within the Canadian influencer landscape\nConduct social listening and research to identify emerging conversations, cultural trends and relevant influencers\nPartner with senior leads to share knowledge, trends and influencer marketing best practices across teams\nWhat you’ll need to get here:\nA minimum of 5-7 years of experience in end-to-end influencer relations and project management, ideally within a PR, social or digital agency environment\nStrong knowledge of the Canadian influencer landscape and existing relationships with influencers, creators and talent agencies\nProven ability to develop meaningful influencer relationships and partnerships that result in authentic storytelling and measurable impact\nExperience working with technology, beauty and/or consumer brands is an asset\nStrong understanding of metrics and insights across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest and emerging channels, with the ability to use data to optimize campaigns and inform future recommendations\nStrong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, its strategic role and industry best practices\nExperience negotiating influencer and partnership agreements\nExperience using influencer identification and vetting platforms such as CreatorIQ, Traackr or similar tools\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail\nAbility to prioritize effectively and manage a high volume of requests and multiple projects simultaneously\nCreative thinker and proactive problem solver\nFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus\n#LI-YA1\nIn Ontario, the base salary for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below.
