We have some of the world's largest media companies on our list of customers, including Vox Media, Ziff Davis, and The CW Network.\nOur core product empowers media ad sales and operations to make quick, confident decisions by giving our customers a single point of access to explore, analyze, and share insights from their advertising business.\nThe Role\nWe are seeking a Solutions Engineer to support our customers by investigating data discrepancies, providing technical guidance, and delivering excellent customer service. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets while collaborating closely with customers and internal teams.\n\nWorking hours are based on the US/Eastern timezone.\nResponsibilities\nInvestigate and resolve customer-reported data discrepancies by analyzing reports, metrics, and source data\n\nUse Excel extensively (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, filters) to validate data and identify variances\n\nRespond to customer inquiries via ticketing systems, email, or calls with clear, timely, and professional communication\n\nProvide Tier 1 technical support for reporting, integrations, and data-related questions\n\nDocument findings, resolutions, and recurring issues to improve internal knowledge bases\n\nEscalate complex or unresolved issues to Tier 2/Engineering with clear reproduction steps and analysis\n\nCollaborate with Product, Engineering, and CSM teams to ensure accurate and consistent data delivery\n\nHelp customers understand metrics, definitions, and reporting logic\n\nRequired Qualifications\nDegree in Data Analytics, Computer Science or similar related field.\n\nStrong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas, and data filtering\n\nExcellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail\n\nComfort working with large datasets and identifying inconsistencies\n\nAbility to manage multiple tickets and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment\n\nPractical understanding of SQL or reporting tools\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExposure to ad tech concepts such as impressions, clicks, revenue, viewability, or attribution\n\nFamiliarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g., DSPs, SSPs, ad servers)\n\nExperience working with support workflows or ticketing systems (e.g.,
