Your well-being is our top priority, backed by proactive safety programs, modern equipment, and continuous field monitoring.\nCompensation: $100,000-150,000 annually\nWhat You'll Do:\nResponsible for the projects budget, scheduling, contract documents, safety, quality control, and customer satisfaction. \nOversee work of technicians and staff on various phases of the project. Ensure correct reporting and addresses issues that arise. Coordinate with various company departments, management, and clients to ensure smooth workflow\nEnsure that all work is carried out according to safety regulations and quality standards.\nManage staff performance, training, timesheets, etc.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously\nManage labor costs of projects through ongoing job forecasting (time management).\nAbility to provide leadership, take charge of a situation and show proper authority in a responsible objective manner\nDevelop/maintain network of professional relationships within our industry.\nCommunicate with customers in an easy-to-understand manner.\nWhat You Bring:\nElectrical Expertise: Five or more years of electrical experience preferred, along with knowledge of electrical codes.\nLeadership: Demonstrated experience supervising electrical work.\nCommunication: Excellent communication skills are required to convey information clearly and effectively.\nCredentials: Electrician certification, such as Master Electrician or Journeyman, and a valid driver’s license are required.\nIntegrity & Growth: A strong commitment to integrity and a drive for continuous improvement.\nScreening Requirements: Ability to successfully complete a drug screen and background check.\nPhysical Requirements and Work Environment:\nOffice & Computer Work: Sit and use a computer, phone, and other office equipment to manage scheduling, budgets, reporting, and team communications.\nJob-Site Mobility: Stand, walk, and navigate residential and commercial job sites to oversee electrical work, review project progress, and monitor safety and quality. Must be able to remain on feet for 8 hours per day.\nLocal Travel: Drive between the branch and customer job sites throughout the local service area.\nField Conditions: Work in office settings and active job-site environments, with potential exposure to noise, dust, varying temperatures, and outdoor weather conditions.
