Your well-being is our top priority, backed by proactive safety programs, modern equipment, and continuous field monitoring.\nCompensation: $28.00-34.00/hr\nWhat You'll Do:\nDiagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial HVAC systems (including multi-zone equipment).\nEducate customers on their systems, set clear expectations, and provide top-tier service.\nTake ownership of individual revenue goals by identifying sales opportunities, providing accurate quotes for enhancements, and meeting performance benchmarks that drive company growth.\nAct as a trusted advisor to clients, explaining the long-term value of high-efficiency equipment versus ongoing repairs to help them make informed investment decisions.\nProvide startups for residential and light commercial HVAC systems. \nMaintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams.\nCoordinate with other service trades, contractors, clientele, and vendors as needed. \nMaintain a clean, stocked company truck and stay in sync with our parts teams.\nParticipate in morning meetings, trade shows, and retreats. \nWhat You Bring:\nExperience: 3+ years of HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and installation.\nLicensing: EPA Universal / Type 2 Certification. A valid driver’s license.\nTools: Your own basic tools, gauges, and meters.\nIntegrity: High integrity with a strong desire for continuous improvement.\nCompliance: Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.\nPhysical Requirements and Work Environment:\nAbility to frequently climb ladders, crawl into tight spaces (attics/crawlspaces), and stand or kneel for long periods.\nComfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments and outdoors in all weather conditions.\nCapacity to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs independently and heavier equipment with assistance.\nCompensation:\nBase Pay Range: $28.00-34.00/hr\nRange Basis: Within this range, an individual's starting pay is determined by several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, qualifications, professional experience, and internal equity across our organization.\nOther Compensation: Overtime eligibility.
