This is a variable full-time role up to 40 hours per week, with weekly hours fluctuating alongside seasonal business needs and project volume. Your well-being is our top priority, backed by proactive safety programs, modern equipment, and continuous field monitoring.\nCompensation: $20 to $26/hr based on experience \nWhat You'll Do:\n Support Field Installations: Partner with experienced technicians to install residential HVAC systems, furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and water heaters (tank and tankless).\nMaster the Craft: Actively learn to operate advanced diagnostic equipment, specialized tools, and modern HVAC system controls through hands-on field experience.\nAssist with Retrofits: Help fabricate and install ductwork modifications, sheet metal components, and system upgrades on residential retrofit projects.\nManage Assets & Inventory: Maintain an organized, fully stocked, and clean service vehicle while tracking and caring for company-issued tools and equipment.\nPrioritize Safety: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, protective equipment guidelines, and continuous field-monitoring standards on every job site.\nEngage & Grow: Participate fully in daily team meetings, professional coaching sessions, and interactive LMS training modules to accelerate your career.\nWhat You Bring:\nExperience: Some experience in HVAC preferred, but not required. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn HVAC installation\nLicensing: Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.\nSkills: Deep understanding of installation/venting codes, basic sheet metal practices, and air balancing.\nIntegrity: High integrity with a strong desire for continuous improvement.\nCompliance: Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.\nPhysical Requirements and Work Environment:\nMust be able to stand, walk, and kneel for long periods throughout the day.\nThe job requires regularly lifting and carrying heavy items, which can weigh up to 50 pounds or more.\nMust be comfortable and able to safely climb and work from ladders, scaffolding, or bucket trucks at various heights.\nMust be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and balance in awkward positions.\nWork is performed both indoors and outdoors and is not limited by weather conditions. May work in extreme temperatures, including heat, cold and humidity.\nCompensation:\nBase Pay Range: $20 to $26 per hour\nRange Basis: Within this range, an individual's starting pay is determined by several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, qualifications, professional experience, and internal equity across our organization.\nOther Compensation: Piece rate incentives.
