Working closely with the Territory Business Director Europe, cross-functional teams, and each account's senior buying teams, the role owns strategic account planning, revenue and profitability, forecast accuracy, contract negotiation, and delivery execution.\n\nWhat You Get to Do:\nOwn and develop strategic partnerships with Burton & Anon's largest Pan-European accounts, serving as commercial point of contact and representing accounts' perspective internally on product, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.\nOwn revenue delivery, forecast accuracy, and account-level profitability, tracking and reporting performance, risks, and opportunities to the Territory Business Director Europe on a regular cadence.\nLead strategic account planning and negotiate commercial terms, trading agreements, and contracts for each account.\nLead the end-to-end GTM meeting cadence across all phases, coordinating with category merchandisers and digital/ trade marketing teams to secure assortments and marketing support.\nExecute preseason order writing in line with the demand plan.\nPresent product lines, execute preseason appointments and represent Burton & Anon at senior levels within each account, including executive business reviews, while maintaining account documentation and compliance standards.\n\nWhat You'll Bring to The Team:\nBachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Sales, or a related field.\nMinimum 5 years of sales/key account management experience in the sporting goods, apparel, or outdoor industry.\nStrong negotiation skills and commercial acumen, with proven forecasting and planning discipline within a structured seasonal go-to-market cadence.\nExcellent relationship management with a hands-on, proactive approach to complexity and ambiguity across a Pan-European account portfolio.\nStrong cross-functional collaboration and organizational skills, managing multiple large accounts and competing priorities as a creative, agile team player.\nStrong digital acumen with demonstrated expertise in e-commerce and digital retail, including marketplace and online retail platforms, and the ability to leverage these channels to drive omni-channel account growth.\nFluency in English required; German or a further European language strongly preferred.\nWillingness to travel regularly across Europe.\n\nWhat We Would Love to Offer You: \nA front row position at the global market leader in the snowboard lifestyle industry.\nVery good team spirit, flat hierarchies, shared outdoor activities and space to learn & develop.\nIn accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose that the minimum salary is €2.879,00 gross/month based on the collective bargaining agreement.
