Your well-being is our top priority, backed by proactive safety programs, modern equipment, and continuous field monitoring.\nCompensation: $26-$37/hour based on experience\nWhat You'll Do:\nComplete residential and light commercial HVAC system installations efficiently and accurately.\nEnsure all work complies with service standards, venting codes, and work instructions.\nBuild strong relationships by understanding customer needs and exceeding expectations.\nRead blueprints and diagrams to execute complex layouts and air balancing.\nMaintain high integrity with a constant desire to improve your craft every day.\nWhat You Bring:\nExperience: 2-3+ years of residential or light commercial HVAC service/install experience.\nLicensing: Journeyman or Master Mechanical license preferred.\nSkills: Knowledge of sheet metal practices, air balancing, and troubleshooting techniques.\nCommunication: Strong verbal and written skills to interact with internal teams and homeowners.\nReliability: Valid driver’s license with an insurable record.\nCompliance: Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.\nPhysical Requirements and Work Environment:\nMust be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day. \nMust be physically able to perform strenuous labor including lifting heavy objects (75lbs. and up) on a daily basis. \nMust be able to work in extreme heat and cold. \nMust be able to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the day.\nCompensation:\nBase Pay Range: $26-37/hour based on experience\nRange Basis: Within this range, an individual's starting pay is determined by several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, qualifications, professional experience, and internal equity across our organization.\nOther Compensation: Overtime eligibility.
