This is a variable full-time role up to 40 hours per week, with weekly hours fluctuating alongside seasonal business needs and project volume. Your well-being is our top priority, backed by proactive safety programs, modern equipment, and continuous field monitoring.\nWhat You'll Do:\nInstallation: Complete all HVAC system installations efficiently and accurately.\nTechnical Execution: Apply familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques to resolve issues.\nCustomer Relations: Build strong customer relationships by understanding and meeting new and existing customer needs.\nOperational Standards: Comply with all service standards, work instructions, and specific customer requirements.\nDocumentation: Accurately interpret and utilize blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications during service calls.\nWhat You Bring:\nExperience: 2+ years of residential and/or light commercial installation experience.\nLicensing: Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.\nSkills: Deep understanding of installation/venting codes, basic sheet metal practices, and air balancing.\nIntegrity: High integrity with a strong desire for continuous improvement.\nCompliance: Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.\nPhysical Requirements and Work Environment:\nAbility to handle the physical demands of HVAC installation, including lifting up to 75 lbs.\nComfortable working on ladders and in varying seasonal temperatures (attics, crawlspaces, outdoors).\nAbility to stand and move safely throughout an 8-hour shift.\nCompensation:\n Base Pay Range: $62,400 - $95,000+ per Year (Note: Based on a guaranteed base rate of $30.00 per hour)\nRange Basis: Within this range, an individual's starting pay is determined by several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, qualifications, professional experience, and internal equity across our organization.\n Other Compensation: This position operates on a high-earning piece-rate/incentive pay system. You are paid flat rates per installation or your hourly guarantee, whichever is greater. See benefits listed above.Solo Installs: $725.00 Full System / $400.00 Half System\nTwo-Man Installs: $350.00 to $450.00 Full System / $225.00 to $275.00 Half System (based on crew mix)\nAdd-On Incentives (Per Job): New Flue ($50), New Line Sets ($50), Attic/Crawlspace ($100), New Humidifier ($30). Note: Some add-ons are split if working with a partner.\nAdditional Services: Insulation ($200/tech), Duct Cleanings ($180-$200)\nHourly Protection: If there is a lack of work, you are protected by a guaranteed minimum floor of $1,200 per week ($30.00/hr).
