As an intern, they will support the Research, Advisory and Practice Division in the assigned project and any other projects as needed.\n\nKey Accountabilities/Responsibilities\n\n The intern will will work closely with Project leads in completing the tasks assigned below in the capacity strengthening workstream, but may be asked to contribute to Busara’s work in various other ways:\n\n Support the design, implementation and evaluation of capacity strengthening projects in applied research and behavioral science with government and civil society practitioners\n\n Organize, clean, and analyze data (mostly qualitative)\n\n Knowledge management\n\n Participate in external events (workshops, conferences, Communities of Practice meetings etc)\n\n Support in dissemination of results, prepare project reports, and present results\n\n Support in design and development of Research, Advisory and Practice projects focused on using behavioral science to alleviate global poverty\n\n Perform any other duty as may be assigned by the project supervisor.\n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Experience\n\nMinimum Requirements \n\n Students in their final semester in masters/undergraduate programs. \n\n Busara loves diversity of thought and we will accept applicants from a wide range of disciplines and backgrounds– Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Public Policy, Political Science, Statistics, Marketing and so on.
