This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent follow-through, and an interest in aerospace, engineering, or advanced technology.\nWorking closely with the business development team, this individual will help coordinate customer communications, track business opportunities, prepare presentations and proposals, maintain accurate records, and support the development of new customer relationships. The successful candidate will be proactive, curious, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nAn engineering background is helpful but not required. The ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and pay close attention to detail is essential.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the business development team in identifying and tracking new business opportunities.\n\nResearch potential customers, markets, competitors, and aerospace industry developments.\n\nAssist with preparing customer presentations, proposals, capability statements, and other business development materials.\n\nCoordinate customer meetings, follow-ups, action items, and internal communications.\n\nMaintain accurate opportunity records, contact information, and business development documentation.\n\nTrack proposal deadlines, customer requests, and key business development activities.\n\nWork with Engineering, Program Management, and other internal teams to gather technical and business information for customer responses.\n\nHelp coordinate trade shows, industry events, customer visits, and other business development activities.\n\nEnsure documents and communications are accurate, professional, organized, and delivered on time.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, tracking systems, and team coordination.\n\nDesired Skills & Qualifications\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nExcellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.\n\nStrong follow-through and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.\n\nComfortable working with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.\n\nAbility to research information, organize findings, and communicate them clearly.\n\nProfessional, responsive, and comfortable interacting with customers and internal teams.\n\nSelf-motivated, curious, and willing to learn about technical products and markets.\n\nInterest in aerospace, space technology, engineering, or advanced manufacturing is highly desirable.\n\nEngineering or other technical education or experience is a plus, but not required.\n\nPrior experience
