planning aligned with business objectives\nSupport expansion strategies, including regional growth and new product lines\nProvide data-driven insights to inform executive decision-making\nFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)\nLead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes\nDevelop and track key financial and operational KPIs\nConduct scenario planning and stress testing (especially in volatile FX environments like KES/USD)\nEnsure alignment between financial plans and business performance\nFinancial Management & Reporting\nOversee preparation of accurate, timely financial statements in compliance with IFRS\nEnsure strong internal controls and financial integrity\nManage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes\nPresent financial reports to the Board and investors\nTreasury & Cash Flow Management\nOptimize cash flow, working capital, and liquidity management\nOversee banking relationships and capital allocation strategies\nManage foreign exchange exposure and hedging strategies\nEnsure efficient management of multi-currency operations\nRegulatory Compliance & Governance (Kenya Focus)\nEnsure compliance with Kenyan regulatory bodies improvement\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field\nProfessional certification required: CPA(K), ACCA, or CFA\nMBA or Master’s degree is an added advantage\nMinimum 10-15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role\nExperience in financial services, fintech, banking, or high-growth tech environments is highly preferred\nProven experience in fundraising, investor relations, and strategic finance\nKey Skills & Competencies\nStrong strategic and commercial acumen\nDeep understanding of financial modeling and analysis\nExpertise in regulatory and compliance frameworks in Kenya\nExcellent stakeholder management (Board, investors, regulators)\nHigh integrity and sound judgment\nAbility to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments\nPreferred Experience (Highly Relevant for Kenya Market)\nExperience navigating FX volatility and cross-border payments in Africa\nExposure to
