Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous daily audits of guest suites, communal guest spaces, the traditional boma, and back-of-house areas to maintain world-class luxury cleanliness standards. Turn-Down Excellence: Oversee the signature evening turn-down service, ensuring premium touches like precisely drawn mosquito nets and tailored guest amenities are immaculately prepared. Inventory & Procurement: Manage stock levels for high-end guest amenities, cleaning chemicals, and luxury linens while controlling the departmental budget.
