This role requires a strong analytical thinker who is well-versed in industry best practices and works effectively within a collaborative team environment. The successful candidate will possess solid technical expertise and the ability to clearly articulate the reasoning behind technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.\n\nRoles and Responsibilities: \n\n• Working with users to identify system requirements; develops processing procedures and systems modifications to meet these specifications\n\n• Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas\n\n• Coordinating with technical team and users to document business requirements and identify systems problems\n\n• Assist project delivery by proving input to project deliverables, resourcing required and associated costs to manage the project\n\n• Deploying solutions in production post completion of relevant testing in line with agreed quality and set standards for the system in place\n\n• Documenting the processes for future reference and training.\n\n• Creating Functional specifications for technical team/system developers\n\n• Developing system specifications for the design and development teams using data and process modelling techniques\n\n• Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance\n\nSkills and Qualifications\n\n• A Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering or Information Technology\n\n• 2+ years’ software development or programming experience Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it\n\n• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills\n\nExpected Salary\n\n• $75,000 – $100,000 +Super (Annually) \n\nDeveloper Programmer\n\nWe are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive developer programmer who can interprets specifications, technical designs and flow charts, builds, maintains and modifies the code for software applications, constructs technical specifications from a business functional model, and tests and writes technical documentation.\n\nRoles and Responsibilities: \n\n• Ability to research, consult, analyse and evaluate system program needs \n\n• Assist in the design of software to meet both functional and technical requirements.\n\n• Identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes, procedures, and methods \n\n• Participate in the execution and documentation of software testing\n\n• Conduct testing, debugging, and providing a diagnose while documenting testing artefacts\n\n• Reviewing the system and identifying if there are any inefficiencies in the current software system\n\n• Create, write and maintaining a program code to meet system requirements, system designs and technical specifications as per client’s requirements \n\n• Updating and maintaining technical program, end user documentation and operational procedures \n\n• Guiding the team on how to build software, finding strategies, evaluating the costs and helping in other decision-making tasks \n\n• Communicate clearly and regularly with the team members and if required with the other departments and the management.\n\n• Work closely with engineering teams in instrumenting their workflow\n\n• Troubleshoot application issues and provide feedback for enhancement\n\n• Understanding of cloud best practices and are capable of deploying services within and across the various platforms.\n\n• Demonstrating experience in the delivery of technical configuration of business needs.\n\nSkills and Qualifications\n\n• Experience in software development and Programming\n\n• Project development and leadership skills to oversee software development life cycle\n\n• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field is preferred\n\n• Advanced understanding Experience with software programming and development \n\n• Ability to work with large teams to facilitate the orderly execution of a proposed project plan\n\n• Advanced knowledge of programming languages and testing methodologies \n\n• Extensive knowledge and experience working with various operating systems and backend programming \n\nExpected Salary Range\n\n$70,000 - $110,000 + Super (Annually) \n\nHow to apply:\n\nApplications open on 15 October 2026 and close on 14 November 2026.\n\nPlease send your CV to .
