This role also involves monitoring and addressing schedule conflicts, resource constraints, and project risks.\nThe Gig:\nPlan and schedule project timelines and milestones using project management software.\nCommunicate project expectations and progress clearly and promptly to clients, team members, and leadership.\nDelegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members.\nAssess and manage risks related to schedule changes.\nIdentify and resolve issues within the project team.\nManage project dependencies and critical paths.\nTrack project milestones and deliverables.\nDevelop comprehensive project plans and communication documents.\nOrganize and plan the project team's capacity quantitatively.\nEnsure efficient use of team capacities, set priorities, and resolve bottlenecks.\nDemonstrate initiative and drive in a fast-paced environment.\nIdentify and communicate risks, taking action to mitigate them and ensure client satisfaction.\nWhat you need to make the cut:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.\nMinimum 3 years professional project management experience within Employee Benefits Administration industry\nPreferred experience: PMI-ACP, PMP, ScrumMaster, or consulting.\nDemonstrated ability to meet strategic and tactical goals.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, negotiation and decision-making skills, and a sense of urgency.\nAbility to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive results and mitigate risks. \nThe pay range for this position is 52K to 70K per year (pay to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data). \nThis role is eligible to participate in the annual bonus incentive plan.\nOther Compensation: If this position is full-time or part-time benefit eligible, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package which can be viewed here: https://businessolver.foleon.com/bsc/job-board-businessolver-virtual-benefits-guide/ \nDear Applicant. \nAt Businessolver, we take our responsibility to protect our clients, employees, and company seriously and that begins with the hiring process. \nOur approach is thoughtful and thorough.
