This is a meaningful role in which you can take pride in knowing that at the other end of our technology is a person, a family member, or a loved one that needs your support.\nThe Gig:\nProvides outstanding support to inbound callers regarding Health Spending Account, COBRA, Retiree or Exchange inquiries and requests.\nAssists with enrollment related to Health Spending Account, COBRA, Retiree or Exchange programs\nAnswer inbound calls professionally, with high energy and a positive attitude and a little charm.\nRespond accurately and thoroughly to caller inquiries and document call details accordingly.\nEnsure compliance in all areas of processing, completing all transactions timely and accurately.\nTake accountability for the entire process from receipt of work to resolution.\nThe ability to jump in and help.
