managing detailed project timelines to ensure a smooth and transparent implementation journey\nDeliver clear, proactive, and client-friendly communication at every stage, and coordinate across Technical Solutions, GIS, and Development teams to keep deliverables, dependencies, and milestones aligned\nOwn and execute data migration workflows-cleansing, validating, transforming, and importing client data using Excel and AI-powered tools to drive accuracy and efficiency\nConduct product training and presentations for transportation directors, route planners, and other stakeholders, both online and in-person (must be able to travel)\nBecome a trusted industry and product expert who guides clients through change management, and continuously explore AI tools and automation to streamline processes and improve data quality\nWhat success in this role looks like\nYour clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the entire implementation journey - no surprises, no confusion\nData migrations are executed accurately and on time, with minimal back-and-forth or rework\nCross-functional teams enjoy working with you because you keep projects organized and different ways to different audiences\nFocus only on finishing your work rather than improving the process\nAre uncomfortable balancing multiple projects at once\nRequirements\nPrior experience in software implementations, client onboarding, or similar project management roles (bonus points for familiarity with public sector clients)\nStrong project management and problem-solving skills in cross-functional settings\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills-you can make the complex feel simple\nComfort working with data in Excel and an eagerness to leverage AI tools in your
